Participant Stipulations
Data Processing and Administration
(1) The data obtained form participants will be stored and only used for the processing required for the event. This is especially the case during the processing of bank and payment details. The completed registration form also acts as an agreement by the participant for the required data processing (conforming to data security legislations).
(2) Participants also agree that any photographs, films, and or interviews made for radio, television, books and magazines or other mass production electronic data (video films or DVDs´) can be published and distributed for advertising purposes without payment and the consent of the individual concerned. The participant also agrees with the organizer that the participants’ address will be made available to the photographic company designated by the organizer to take finisher photographs at the finish line, herby the participant does not agree automatically to purchase such a photograph.
(3) The participant agrees that the given personal data can be used by a third party for time keeping purposes, producing results and the publication of these results on the internet.
(4) The participant agrees that publications containing the participants name, surname, date of birth, club name, and start number and personal results can be published in all forms relevant to the event (Starting lists, result lists etc.) These lists can be published on the internet and or printed by the organisers.
Timing and Information
(1) The time keeping will be carried out using the „Real-Time-Champion-Chip“ system.

(2) The correct use of data will be verified. Start number can not be handed onto a further participant or individuals. The start number may not be altered in any way shape or form, the printed advertising slogans must remain visible, any alterations to the start number will lead to disqualification. Participants may not be accompanied by individuals on bikes, rollerblades or other transport means.
Liability
(1) Nor the organisers, sponsors, race officials and or aids will accept any liability for damages which may occur to the participant at any time during the event. This includes any injuries or loss of clothing or other belongings.
In particular the organisers will not accept any liability in respect to health problems or injuries sustained during the race. Participants are entirely responsible for their health and it is the participants own decision if medical check is required prior to the event. (2) Compensation claims against the organisers will not be accepted due to forced changes to the program or even the cancel the event due to unforeseen acts of god or safety instructions from the authorities, the organisers can not be held responsible in such a case and reimbursement of registration fees is not possible.
