The timing will be carried out using the RealTime Champion Chip system by the company Frielingsdorf – Datenservice. If you register by post and already own a chip please stick a barcode on the registration form on the predesigned field.
If you register online
Online-Formular (online forms) then please ensure to enter your correct chip code number on the registration form Anmeldeformulars (registration form) (PDF, 84 KB) in the predesigned field.
Please attach the chip to your running shoes or ankle; it is not permitted to exchange or hand over your chip to other individuals.
Champion Chip Rental
If you do not own a Champion Chip then you must rent one for the race. When you pick-up your start number you will have to pay a charge of 30 EUR (5 EUR rental charge and 25 EUR refund deposit. Prepayment of the rental and deposit fee is not possible. The rental charge can only be paid in cash during the race weekend.
Champion Chip Deposit Repayment
After the race you will receive the 25 EUR deposit in return for the chip. Deposit can only be paid back on race day up to 17:00 hrs at the start number office. If you fail to hand back the chip and collect your deposit we will consider the chip as sold, you may then use this chip at further events. A return of deposit by post is not possible.
